Friendly stuff. Special thank you to Christian (on reception) for hospitality and knowledge fluency in multiple languages. He answered all our questions, and was ready to help us in all posible ways. Left a very positive remark about the hotel. Wonderful breakfast, especially fres Italian pastry and great espresso.
Unfotunately the rooms were quite small, especially the shower cabin, it was very small, even for a small woman like me. Also the towels were not changed and the room wasn't clean when we were away.

Charming and peaceful but close enough to a main area to walk to restaurants, shopping and the vaporetto to Venice.
Although they serve a continental breakfast every morning, it would be nice to be able to have tea or coffee later in the day.

Good parking. Perfect breakfast.
Hotel is at Lido island! Car-travelers: ferry-boat would cost you 16 euro one way for car and 6,5 euro for passenger. Car-queue for boarding on ferry from Lido to Tronchetto (Venice) take 1 hour! Hotel administrator required us to leave him a passport and car key. Staff don't wash hand towels at all, "to keep environment", as says information plate on bathroom's door. We found someone's hair (look like hair definately not from head) on towels in our room. Rooms are small. Hotel administrator was chatting someone by phone almost everytime we saw him. WiFi signal in room was very poor, internet unusable. We used it only near lobby.
