Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests mentioning specific team members by name. The breakfast was frequently described as delicious, varied, and a highlight of the stay. Many guests also appreciated the cleanliness and design of the rooms. However, a few guests found the beds too firm or uncomfortable, and there were isolated complaints about air conditioning and room amenities in the annex building. Overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel highly recommended by most reviewers.AI-Generated from customer reviews
