A very nice location on the island of Lido. An airport-boat and a 5min bus ride away from the airport, and quick access by boat to the centre of Venice. Simple but clean room at a relatively good price (for Venice).
On the booking.com site it says that wifi is free in public areas, this however is not the case. They charged us to get an access code. I don't like false advertisement.

“We chose this hotel as we were staying for a friends wedding, and our friends live locally. The buffet breakfast was very good indeed with plenty of choice in both sweet and savory. The hotel is in a quiet location backing onto the Venice tennis club, and is only 2 blocks back from the bus stop to the boat station.”
