Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the beach and local attractions. However, many reviewers expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, reporting issues such as mold, dirt, unpleasant odors, and outdated furnishings. Service was also frequently criticized, with several guests describing rude or unhelpful staff and poor customer service. Additionally, many felt that the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing discrepancies between the advertised amenities and the actual experience. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and value.
