Premium economy is the way to go. Great value for the price
The check in process was very slow. We arrived 3 hours prior de departure time and almost made it.
Even though this flight is almost 5 hours (4 hours, 50 min) and 2100 miles, all that is offered for food are packages of Biscoff cookies. Best bring your own, nothing else is offered, not even for sale.
Dirtiest plane I have ever been on.
No food or drinks were provided , the flight was turbulent and it was a long way from the normal terminals. You have to travel by shuttle to get to the F terminal and there is only one boarding point. Passengers need to know this when booking.
Missed our connection due to delayed. Ended up with a replacement flight with connections getting us in really late and annoying..
It was a short haul kinda bumpy. Not the airlines fault. But they suspended beverage services. But they were very pleasant

Canceled my trip never flew. They were rude and uninformed. Caused me grief wanting another covid test even though I had one plus I am vaccinated. No excuse. They should have had a test station by their ticketing counter. Had to hunt for transportation which was very difficult since it was 10 pm. Rented car for 350 to get home. I would think twice before booking through Kayak and with BA. kayak should have had more assistance and not just sell the ticket. Both receive an F .

Also, you didnt give me chance to downgrade in order to change the dates more easily. I always fly through BA and I love the easy it is to change dates, but this time you disappointed me. I usualy choose BA because its easy and non expensive to change dates in my flight but now I may be open to book with other airlines."

Every one who was trying to make the same connection said that every time they fly Air Canada they are always running. We needed up being the last ones on the plane.... they gave away our seats so we were separated for 12 hours. And shoved into corners!!! Our bags made it two days late."

The most impactful for me was air humidity. It was refreshing to fly and not feel like I've been in the Sahara desert at high noon. So, your starting point is really high, but you really need to look at your service."

My connection in Toronto then was changed to a later flight, which was then delayed too by 50 minutes. all in all a 14 hour flight with connection ended up being close to 18 hours. My biggest two complaints about the flight itself is the food & the toilets. Your meals are the worst I've had in a major airline, and you should not serve customer frozen of close to frozen bread or sandwiches. If you are serving rolls, sandwiches or pitas, or bagels heat them up first. El-Al has been doing it for decades, go look at how they do it. But besides the bread/sandwiches issue, your meals are a really bad version of frozen supermarket meals. Just terrible all round. The other complaint is the bathroom. It was not cleaned frequently enough."

I made it at the last second, they changed my seat without my permission and didn't have enough room for my bag so I had to check it. The general attitude of the crew was reluctant at best.The food was mediocre, like what you would have gotten in a flight 10 years ago, and they gave beef to people who asked for chicken. I wanted to be more cool about it, but it was a terrible flight in every Aspect, and I never even got an apology or a follow up."

Pros: "crew helped me get on flight from standby list and were especially helpful at gate"
Cons: "at first they told me i would have to check carryon at gate even though i had measured it and kbew it would fit under seats."
Cons: "It wasn't until AFTER everyone boarded the plane at 9:45 that they informed us that " they only had until midnight to reboot their system so they HAVE to do it RIGHT THEN" then they informed us twice that it was "stuck" and "not working" our plane was supposed to land at 11:18 and we didn't take off until 11:00. My husband has work at 5:30 in the morning as well as my brother who was supposed to pick us up and they are in the navy so being late isn't an option. My brother could no longer pick us up due to the fact that we did t get our luggage until 1 in the morning and he has work in a few hours so we had to wait for a taxi and pay a buttload to get home in Virginia Beach. NOT PLEASED!!"

Pros: "Much nicer flight attendant than my last united experiance . 45 minute flight so not much to tell"

Cons: "Had to be transferred to a different airline because my first flight was delayed which would have made me miss my connecting flight."

Cons: "Due to snowstorm, my flight was rescheduled with Delta. I was on hold on the phone for almost an hour and half to change my flight."
Pros: "Good legroom. Did not feel cramped"
Cons: "No access to movies because my earbuds would not plug into the hole for them. All food was nasty, inedible. Breakfast so bad even the smell of it polluted the cabin for the remainder of the flight. Just a cold ham or turkey and cheese sandwich would have been preferable. Attention from flight attendants was haphazard at best. Chose this flight because of good flight times but in future will avoid United if at all possible."
Cons: "The flight to Dulles was okey but flight to Norfolk was constant shaking of airplane without any explanation from the pilot of the problem and everyone was a little uptight wondering what was going on. Crew un able to do any of their duties! Very Unpleasant. Not sure I will fly United again!"
Cons: "Some moron decided that passengers shouldn't be allowed to bring drinks on the plane. This means that after passing security and customs, after buying an overpriced cup of latte, you are told to spill it or else. And that's in a country that lives on security. Unacceptable. Unjustified and unheard of."
Cons: "I never feel you stay alert to make sure the earlier people don't take up all the overhead bins . It is not right the way you allow them to overload have too many big carryons"

Cons: "People carry to many carry-on's and many times to large but the policy is not enforced."

Cons: "I will never accept the last row of seating EVER!!! I have a bruised knee and double sprained ankles and could not lean back. It was the most awful flight of my like. I could barely get out of the row. I sat in 39A. Horrible I tell you."

Cons: "Flight was delayed a total of 3.5 hours with each delay being posted as 30 minutes. Very little information provided by the gate employees. On this trip we flew a total of 4 legs (with 5 boarding opportunities due to one leg being rescheduled to the next day as a result of delays) and had "mechnical delays" on 4 of the 5 boarding opportunities. We won't be flying United again."
Pros: "As usual the staff were great! The flight was on time."
Cons: "No snacks were distributed. I would've thought they could've handed out pretzels or peanuts."
Pros: "Flight itself was good. Nice flight attendants. Funny pilot."
Cons: "The lady at desk to board the flight made me check my carry on. I had assumed it was because the plane was full, but when I got on the plane there were more than adequate spots to stow more bags. There was a compartment across from my seat that remained open the entire flight. While I completely understand the need to check extra luggage when the plane is full, I was very upset when I saw it was not. I intentionally fly with a carry on for the convenience, and to be inconvenienced for absolutely no reason made me not want to fly with this company again for fear it could happen again in the future."
Pros: "Honestly nothing. The flight was a disaster."
Cons: "Second flight of the day with zero drink service. I suppose the hostesses were too busy napping and eating their dinner as they never left the last row of the plane. They sure had drinks and dinner even though we didn't. Also should have cancelled or delayed the flight rather than make us wait forever on the plane waiting for a new route to miss weather at our destination."
