Your rooms were clean. Unable to connect with the TV and no staff to help. The times we tried to call the reception desk no one would answer. There was no way to cover the window to keep the room dark in the morning- it was just a thin curtain that didn’t give much privacy to the room. Cons (-) Common area was like a construction zone my entire stay. Housekeeping barely cleaned my room. Night receptionist was not helpful when I reported that remote did not work and garbage had not been disposed of.
