Pros (+) perfect location. free parking, which is a huge plus in this area spacious and very clean rooms. right at the beach and boardwalk
Cons (-) a little rough around the edges, especially the outside. outdoor pool was less than desired, not great location in the property.
Pros (+) The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and even the bed linens were soft but heavy enough to sleep with the door to the balcony cracked to hear the ocean as we slept. ALL ROOMS ARE OCEANFRONT

Cons (-) Between the air conditioner condenser and the toilet bowl running, I felt like I was in a industrial factory. The one thi go was able to change was the stained couch cushions. Because the room next to mesas out of service. Never again, don't recommend this hotel to anyone
