Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to concert venues, shopping, and attractions. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, citing issues such as mold, musty odors, visible dirt, and lack of proper housekeeping. Several guests also mentioned maintenance problems, including broken fixtures and outdated bathrooms. While a few positive remarks were made about helpful staff and comfortable beds, these were overshadowed by the persistent complaints about cleanliness and general upkeep.AI-Generated from customer reviews
