Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location near the beach and boardwalk, finding it convenient for their stay. However, there are widespread complaints regarding cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, carpets, and bathrooms. Service is also criticized, including unprofessional staff, slow response to requests, and issues with room assignments. Some guests note the property is in poor condition and not well maintained, with particular disappointment in the pool's cleanliness and the overall value for the price paid. Despite a few positive mentions of staff and smooth check-in processes, the negatives outweigh the positives in most reviews.
