Not a good place to stay
It was close to McFit gym, which is open 24 hours. And a great breakfast buffet.
No air conditioning and it was freaking hot. Outside the window were trains that ran often so we were both hot and kept up with the trains. The window coverings were broken so we couldn't slide them closed to have darkness for the late evening and morning. We only had 2 towels so I asked for another couple towels. I was told 2 towels is standard. I asked if I could pay extra for more towels and she said she has not towels up there so, no I can't. There was also no shampoo.
Great staff. Both Yacubs were friendly and helpful! Gave me info about the town and printed document for me. Also helped to find a masseur. Big thanks!
AC in my room didn't really work (729)
bathroom had an odor probably due to no proper ventilation
I liked the place of the hotel
Value for money and good localization.
it was very close to the center.
the staff was too curious
The location was good. The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. All was just fine
Would have been better if breakfast would have been included.
base for sightseeing. .Good parking, typical Campanile
Dirty restaurant, tables not cleared, and food running out. Over crowding for breakfast, not enough tables.
I found the price/value ratio of breakfest high. In the last years I stayed a couple of times in Budapest (city with similar or slightly higher price level) in a Mercure hotel, where the buffet was more generous (4-star hotel), as far as I remember, at about half the price.
Room had inoperative ac and windows that wouldn't open - very hot during summer. But overall a great stay.
Very good localization. Free coffee and/or tea in the hotel room.
Bath tube instead of shower.
Good, quite cheap and very clean hotel in a good location to reach the airport and the Warszawa Centralna railway station. Would recommend to anyone.
