Pleasant location, easy to reach local attractions eg Stratford and Warwick
The food in the bar left a lot to be desired, the pool needs a refurb
i was at a family wedding so the best thing was spending all weekend with my family
i was in room 120 right next to the hotels main boiler the noise from this boiler at night was awfull
The setting was very relaxing, in the countryside and very quiet. Ideal for a weekend unwinding.
The only thing I didn't like was the price of the drinks at the bar. I refuse to pay these prices and would rather go out and eat and drink. I think you lose a lot of custom this way.
The breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast catering to numbers. The selection in general was excellent and the hotel had reacted to numbers by extending their breakfast period instead of trying to persuade everyone to rush through within the hotel's timescale.
Room excellent -service first class
New and clean
no wireless broadband in room and the food was poor.
facilities were excellent-ie pool/sauna, grounds and main hotel building were lovely despite renovations. Staff seemed mostly very polite and professional.
Food seemed overpriced, there also wasnt restaurant facilities to cater for all residents as was booked up for first 2 days of our stay. Breakfast was not inclusive to price of hotel stay-despite a large selection of food available for breakfast was again quite expensive.
the hospitality, and reasonable prices
modern spacious Rooms, beautiful setting, nice pool area and spa
