The property is right by the wharf and walking distance to many places to eat. It's walking distance to the Anthem. I had an issue with my reservations and they fixed it with the original rate I originally booked it with. Great staff. The room looked brand new. Pros (+) New, clean, beautifully designed building. Well appointed room and nice view. The staff were all super helpful. The restaurant was surprisingly good. Not a huge selection of food but just enough to settle a weary traveler.
Cons (-) I did wish the staff had mentioned that Praline the bakery on the first floor was so amazing! The Macarons are delicious!! I discovered it the day I left.

Cons (-) The hvac system sounded like a truck driving through your room. Would turn off and on every three minutes had to turn it off and sleep without any air. Would never stay there again

Pros (+) The hotel met the Hilton services as expected. Everything is new and clean. Location is great; beautiful wharf and relatively close walking distance to The Mall and various memorial.
Cons (-) The server service and boo selections at the restaurant / bar in the lobby level could be better; as in more promptly. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience for the price of $200+ per night price.
