Most of my experience was positive. Until checkout when the Duty Manager (Pauli Sexana) over charged me for parking. It stated on their price list $35 day rate, and tried to charge me $40 saying at time of booking it was “$40 per night”. Great location - so central. Walking distance to everything. Great room with lots of thoughtful touches. Really found this hotel excellent - and we’re staying in a lot of hotels at the moment!
