Car was reliable and handled well.

Cons:

Luggage capacity was not as described for the class. Had to drive with rear seats folded down, making it obvious we had luggage. Meant that it wasn't possible to sight see to and from the airport.

Arrived to pick up my car expecting to get the Corolla that I had booked, Then I got told that my car was not available, So I asked what car am I getting and he said it’s gonna be a Toyota HiLux which I had never driven, when I went to the car I saw it was not what I wanted at all and thought how am I going to drive this? I then went back and asked the guy to change the car for something smaller and he said it was the HiLux or an 8 seater Pajero, So I said ok I’ll take the Pajero, which was no Corolla. The whole time I had the truck I was not happy and had trouble parking the thing, I was not happy with the truck considering I didn’t want it at all, I would not recommend

As a 1st time user with Ace left me disappointed 😞 from time of making the booking through to picking up vehicle which had the window screen replaced the day of pickup with tape on the window to be told "keep it there for an hour then you can pull it off" most disconcerting to having to drive away and lucky no rain to have to use the windscreen wipers!!! Also asked for some compensation but didn't get any

Great little car and rental experience...very economical Corolla and comfortable and drove well.. bit of confusion between it getting 'checked-in' at the airport with Hertz not informing Ace we had dropped off at appointed time forcing Ace to contact us a few days after wondering where car was...all in all a positive experience!!

We got a flat tyre and there was no spare. Could not use the car for 2 days. Impossible to find out how much they charge for replacing tyre (tyre was irreparable). Spent hours on the phone only to be told they could not tell me how much it would cost, so I had to replace tyre myself. Very frustrating.

In hindsight, I would have hired a bigger car than a Swift. It was a wee uncomfortable as every bump on the road was felt. I'm not sure whether because the car was too small or because the tyres were an inch thick. I prefer the regular standard tyres which can absorb the bumps and have a comfortable ride instead of slick-looking tyres with a bumpy uncomfortable ride.

Pros:

Easy pick up from the airport. good service staff. .Great car - better than expected!

Cons:

Aerodrive were not notified of our request for car seats so we had to install them ourselves which took a while and was difficult with 2 kids running around. Also would have been nice if they were cleaned/vacuumed before we got them.
