Repeat visit = comfort , ambience is excellent with very friendly staff and excellent food. Location in own grounds very good
Booking through net means we lost some intimacy on arrival (ie not recognised) , plus unusually some minor items in room not up to scratch
The actual food was very good. The situation and garden were attractive
Our room should not be considered a double room it was so small. It was dirty, there was inadequate hanging and drawer space. The price of drinks was incredible with the lowest priced wine at £27.50 for a very moderate wine.
Very picturesque staff excellent and very clean and comfortablemPlease write at least 15 words
I would have liked the bar and restaurant prices to have been more reasonable then I would have spent more time in the hotelm
The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.
It was in a lovely location, with friendly helpful staff and excellent choice of food for breakfast.
Disappointed with the room after seeing pictures on the internet, and the room was very noisy, i could hear the people next door talking and even taps and lights being turned on, toilets flushing, as nice as the location was i would not pay that amount of money for a room there again.
Excellent service, food and accommodation. Friendly, professional staff. Beautiful location.
the setting was excellent, wonderful scenery. Staff were friendly and polite.
room was too small, very little room for maneouvre at bottom end of bed hence lots of bruises on my leg! We dined for one night in the restaurant but it was disappointing, too expensive and not particularly tasty.
Staff were fantastic, there for your every need and very welcomming, food was superb and the hotel itself was beautiful. This was a perfect choice for a romantic weekend break, and we will be visiting again, we had a wonderful time!
