Cons (-) Definitely time for a major renovation. Room smelled, mattress may have been comfortable 20 years ago.

Pros (+) The room reminded me of 1985, that's about the only positive thing I can say about the hotel. Oh, and it kept the humidity a little bit out of the room.
Cons (-) Overpriced, rooms desperately need maintaining and remodelled. Bed was uncomfortable, least number of springs necessary for it to work. This hotel is a perfect example of what happens when the owner is minimally maintaining the property.
