Pros (+) Lovely room and friendly owner. The only downside to the room was the tiny shower but apart from that it was great, very comfortable bed and cosy, homely feel. Check in and check out times were also very flexible which was helpful. I would recommend if you are looking for a short stay. Taxi to the racecourse or Windsor city centre cost around £5 so not very far at all, especially if you are drivin...
Cons (-) We went down to breakfast at 9.45am and they had stopped serving as there was no one in the restaurant. This could easily be avoided if at check in we were asked if and when we'd like to have breakfast the next day. Also, getting hold of anyone via phone or email before hand proved quite difficult. However everything else was lovely for our short one night stay and I would recommend.
