Pros:recent renovations or renovations in progress. Common areas clean and new carpet in room and common areas. New curtains. descent breakfast included. appeared to comply with health codes for food.
Cons:my room had a lot of black mold in bathroom behind toilet. Toilet chain would not stay on when flushed. hotel was filled, no room available to move to. Did not spend much time in room so it was more an annoyance.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free Noah's Ark tickets with stay made us very happy. Good breakfast selection.
Cons:The ceiling in our room/bathroom had water damage and was cracked. Beds not very comfortable. The water in the shower never got hot. Pool area very sub par... with a little TCL could be a nice place to stay.
Pros:The rooms were nice,comfortable and had a lot of nice add ons like microwave and fridge.
Cons:The pool area was disgusting. My brother and his friend swam in the pool it was so cloudy they couldn't see their feet! There was a hole in the ceiling leaking between the hot tub and pool. The walls were cracking and caving in on some parts. Not very "quality" I think. After getting out they found a large hair clump floating in pool, DISGUSTING! They should not have guests swimming in that area I do not think it was up to code!
Pros:The price (inexpensive for holiday weekend) Location was very good (close to attractions, restaurants)
Cons:Staff was not welcoming. One even stated to another, "they don't pay me enough for this." Lobby restroom very nasty Hall carpet stained Food left on carpet floor not removed the entire time of stay Bed very uncomfortable Room very outdated Would only stay at the hotel again if it was the last resort as I did not feel safe nor comfortable.
Pros:Great pool and hot tub!

Pros:I have to say that I was disgusted with the rooms and pool the bathroom had mold all over the ceiling the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped and the rest of the room was dirty. The pool and hot tub was gross with a dark ring around the whe pool and the hot tub was slimmy too euthanized bugs in both would not recommend this place for anyone.
Pros:Family friendly environment
Cons:Housekeeping will bang on your door 45 minutes to check out. I felt rushed and could not properly pack my things due to housekeeping banging on the door so they can do their job.
Pros:Closer to kalahari resort
Cons:Dirty and poor service - Not worth $145/night.
