The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. Cleanliness and room comfort were also highlighted as positives. Pros (+) Location is fabulous, about 2 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof in the old city. You're can't do any better than 100 CHF and expect a reasonable hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Staff was quite nice.
Cons (-) Room is small, but that's to be expected for location and price.
