Crew was great, service was good, flight went well. Originally, the flight was advertised with WiFi… including during check in… and nada.
The flight was excellent but the onboard WiFi wasn’t working.
The crew aboard Aegean were excellent, they picked on our son’s anxiety and immediately came to the rescue to see what they could do to make it go away.
When a flight has a delay of about an hour it is customary to announce the passengers

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff
The food sandwich was OKAY for such a short flight. Crew were very caring. They helped my wife who has walking issues. They carried her bag and held her arm to help prevent tripping. All in all it was a professional effort on the part of all crew members. I highly recommend this crew of Aegean Airlines.
Short flight. They served drinks and food, but the flight was full and had to put my hand luggage under the seat.

We were delayed three hours from Montenegro to Vienna on our outbound flight and then rebooked an extra leg on our trip to the US. Our bags, which Austrian made us check in in Montenegro even though the flight was barely half full, didn't find us for ten days. Then, when we asked for compensation for the delay we were given the runaround that the flight originated outside of the EU. Next time we fly Turkish Air.

The flight was delayed for 30 minutes with no apparent reason. There is no entertainment at all, and no USB or electric outlets for charging your phone or tablet.
Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
One hour delay to board. The plane is tiny and 100 years old. Many passengers have been asked to check in their carry-on bags. This is although the bags were within weight and volume limits. The plane is just too small so they are essentially overbooking carry-ons. No entertainment whatsoever. No overhead TV and of course no personal screens. Food, if you can call a lukewarm toast "food", was edible at best. Craw was very nice, polite, and welcoming. They are not at fault that the airline is XXXing on their clients.
Austrian was not the issue. Kayak was terrible The flight was canceled. Frustrating but it can happen. The worst was Kayak's customer support around re-booking. I have chatted with a bot, than with a person who insisted the flight was still on as originally booked. while chatting i went on Austrian web page and told the kayak chat lady that the flight is shown as cancelled. She said she will escalate this and that someone will contact me within the hour. When I have asked her to give me the details of the flight she sees, She gave me the general A to B and return B to A. Totally unhelpful. After two hours I contacted them again, They were still saying the original flight is as scheduled and when I explained again I was told I will be contacted within 2-6 hours. NO ONE CONTACTED ME EVER SINCE! I have than contacted Austrian directly and was rebooked on a difficult flight. Kayak continued to send me irrelevant updates about my original flight. Terrible customer service at time of need.
Management and staff att viena wasn’t professional,and they are not good by how to communicate and solve the problem, I was shocked , as I know Austrian airlines was amusing Thank you
Overall pleasant flight . The lunch was exceptional! Delicious chicken curry with perfect rice and amazing chocolate (Sacher torte) for desert. I have not eaten such a good airplane meal in a very, very long time.
You need to be able to manage your employees effectively instead of letting them call the shots. Priority should be given to the convenience and interests of the customers—whom you simply couldn't care less about.
The crew members; the service, the food, everything was good. The check in process was terrible because I couldn't choose my seat. It made my waiting too long at the airport in Tel Aviv and at the end U've got the middle seat even though it was promised to me to give me the aisle seat. Each company gives the option to choose free seats during check in. I didn't have this option

The service, the crew, the cleanliness, and most of all, the comfort and space between seats in the economy class was excellent! The seat spacing was better than all my international flights in recent memory.
I stood in line for two hours חודא to drop off my suitcase. When I arrived just before the gate closed and asked to drink the water I bought a minute before boarding, the flight attendant rushed me to throw away the bottle and get on the plane. She spoke rudely, even though I had been standing in different lines for 3 hours; I felt bad and needed water. The delay was the airline's fault, not my fault. I expected understanding, not rudeness.
The space between my knees and the chair in front of me was the smallest I’ve ever seen. I could not reach the blanket that was on the floor. The entertainment included very many Israeli movies and tv shows. The El Al app did not update to tell me the gate. The most important thing you should know is that El Al is very security conscious. Prepare to go through a security check at the gate. They look through the passport and boarding pass, through your carry on bags, ask questions, etc. Then they give you a sticker and only then can you board. So get to the gate about half an hour before you would otherwise.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.

The crew was fantastic, and it was croweded but roomy enough. But the sandwich was horrible and no entertainment at all which is difficult in a flight of more than 4 hours.
Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
There's no entertainment or food service. It was a good flight.
I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.
Flights on time and meals in plane would be greatly appreciated. On time flights is really important.
I am submitting this complaint regarding the way our reservation was handled and the significant financial and personal hardship it caused. The airline changed the departure time of our original flight, making it impossible for us to make our connecting flight. This was not caused by any action on our part. After the schedule change, we spent considerable time working with both the airline and the travel company to find a reasonable alternative itinerary. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was provided. Instead of accommodating us on another suitable routing, we were repeatedly told that our only option was to accept a refund. This was not a reasonable solution. We had purchased these tickets months in advance, and by the time the airline canceled our itinerary, airfare had increased dramatically. Because we had no workable alternative, we were forced to purchase completely new tickets with a different airline on a different route. The replacement tickets cost us approximately $2,000 more than our original reservation. In addition to the unexpected expense, the new itinerary was longer, less convenient, and caused us to lose an entire week of planned family visits. The financial loss, disruption to our travel plans, and countless hours spent trying to resolve this matter created an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Throughout the process, we felt that the airline simply tried to push us toward accepting a refund rather than taking responsibility for the consequences of the schedule change or making a genuine effort to accommodate us. We respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that the airline provide appropriate compensation for the substantial additional costs and losses we incurred as a direct result of the schedule change and the lack of reasonable assistance.
The flight did not take place because the flight was canceled and I still have not received a refund for the flight.
Flying business class but the experience is of economy class
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive

The flight was cancel and then changed the gate 3 times and nobody communicated to that change I don’t take any trips whit that company
More than 40 minutes of delay, the crew even didn’t apologize or explain the reason why we are late, no service for a short flight
The chairs are terrible on the plane, even though they are economy class the chair cushion should still be there, its a long flight its like sitting on a piece of wood.
