Pros:good location and simple
Pros:Most of the staff was very friendly, they lent me an umbrella everytime I needed it and they gave me instructions to visit some places in Zürich.
Cons:The day I left there was a man attending in the counter and he said he could not give me the receipt of the hotel payment because that was a matter I had to solve with Kayak.com. Now I need that receipt to justify my expenses and I don't know how to obtain it.
