Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for accessing the main station and city attractions. Cleanliness is also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, many guests complain about excessive noise, especially from nearby bars, street activity, and utility pipes, making restful sleep difficult. The lack of air conditioning and issues with the bathroom facilities are also common negative points. Some reviewers mention unfriendly or unhelpful staff, and a few express concerns about the general atmosphere and safety, particularly for families or solo travelers. Overall, the hotel is seen as basic but well-located and clean, with significant drawbacks related to comfort and noise.
