Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, convenient for transport and access to amenities. Cleanliness and room comfort are also noted positively in several reviews. However, many guests report issues with service, particularly at reception, describing staff as unhelpful or unfriendly, and citing problems with requests and communication. While some staff members are highlighted as kind and helpful, overall service quality appears inconsistent. Parking is mentioned as convenient but expensive. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location and cleanliness remain strong positives.
