I have stayed at the hotel before many times. It used to have real people at the reception and it had a foyer with a cube where wine was stored and waiters would have to use ropes to get bottles of wines. The hotel is fine, but the online check in was a waste of time as when you get there, you’re directed to a machine to make your own door key card, but there are no key cards to use, so you have to queue and speak to someone (who asked for all my passport details etc again). Could have been brilliantly efficient, but it wasn’t!

Pros (+) Very convenient to the airport. Tough to give it a better review than that. Next time I think I would stay off airport and take the shuttle in.
Cons (-) The trim on the door was broken, whenever we opened the door, we had to push the trim into place to close the door. The room also appeared to be poorly vacuumed, there was (what I hopefully believe) was a piece of chocolate sitting under the bed post and other trash. I also thought the window between the shower and bathroom floor was unusual.

Pros (+) A refund of the Sunday night. I needed the room but two nights earlier. They would not edit reservation to October 7 instead of October 9. They were not full either night. Bad taste. I run a tour opaerator business.

Pros (+) Ultra convenient access to Zurich airport, and train transportation into town. The hotel is quite modern looking and very quiet considering all of the traffic and planes nearby.
Cons (-) For the price, I would have expected just a couple of conveniences added such as free bottled water int he rooms and 24 hour access to coffee in the lobby.
