The Sorell Hotel Seefeld is located in the pleasant district of Seefeld in the heart of Zurich and features its own underground garage. At lunchtime the attractive Designer Bar offers soups and cold snacks, while in the evening it is the perfect venue to meet friends for aperitifs or for a nightcap. Breakfast is served until 10:00 all days. Wireless internet and internet via TV cable is available in the entire hotel and there is a free internet station in the lobby. There is a hotel bus for transfers to and from the airport, and a direct tram connection (line 4) to the main railway station. From 22.01.2024 until the end of March our bar will be closed and we will not serve buffet for our guests, only "Breakfast To Go"

Pros:I was upgraded to comfort room once staff discovered that they made a mistake with part of my reservation. I booked room through a third party company and the hotel lost part of my reservation. These kind of things happen and the hotel was happy to upgrade my room type to the biggest room they have. This shows that some people (not all) at this hotel care about customer service.
Cons:When I first checked in to the hotel, the young woman who checked me in was rude and short with me. I simply wanted to verify that the second part of my reservation was correct (I booked it in two parts for personal reasons). She quickly told me that I'd have to check out and check in again that day. But as it turns out they had lost that second part of my reservation and when I tried to check out and check in again, they said that the second part of my reservation did not exist. They had indeed lost that part of my reservation. Eventually they did admit it was their mistake and upgraded me to a comfort room, but because of the mistake, I was unable to make the first half of one day of my conference, which my company payed for me to attend.
