Overall, guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and many appreciated the comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the rooms. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though there were some complaints about maintenance and cleanliness in certain areas. The location was convenient for hospital visits and access to amenities, but some guests felt the surrounding area was not ideal.
