Great value and great location!
Great location and breakfast buffet. Perfect for a business trip without breaking the bank. Staff is friendly and helpful. The private car park is a lifesaver in downtown Aberdeen. I liked the small, historical, boutique feel, while they also offered modern ammenitites and a full bar/restaurant.
While perfectly comfortable, the standard single room was the smallest I've ever stayed in. Tiny twin bed, and a tiny walk-in shower. Next time I'd bump up my reservation to the deluxe single or deluxe double room.
Location, good breakfast
the room was old and dirty
The hotel has a central location.
The hotel boasts that it has a car park. There are about 20 spaces which are used by the staff and often double parked. You will be very lucky to get a space. The room was small without a view the price charged is not value for money.
The hotel was well situated and very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful.
The friendliness of the Staff
The price for the 2nd night was double the first night! Not great value for money.
the location to everywhere in aberdeen
breakfast time could have been later
The good value for money
convience to city centre,
some of the rooms are smoking rooms, even though the smoking ban is not in force long you could still get a smell of smoke in the room.If Iwere to stay at this hotel again I would request a no smoke room.
Location of hotel, friendly staff, good selection of breakfast items
the hotel needs renovation
Room was claustrophobic. The window had frosted glass making the room very dark and very warm. Had to ask for a fan - which we got - but I would not have spent more than one night in the room.
