Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Amsterdam and access public transport. The staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, and the hotel is generally considered clean and attractively decorated. However, many guests found the rooms to be quite small, and several noted issues with noise from the street or surrounding area. Some also mentioned inconvenient features such as steep stairs and lack of on-site amenities. Overall, the positives of location and service stand out most.AI-Generated from customer reviews
