Location and customer service priceless!!!!
Location, the room was quite big,the bar in front where they serve a great breakfast.
few services, facilities, no common room.
The pub on the other side of the street.
comfortable, but not fancy. Staff is dependable and friendly.
Hotel is only 15-20 min walk from city centre. bathroom inside. clean rooms.
the reception people was very good to explain me the city and where to take my tours
the room was too small , and the hotel place in a very quite area , so i was afraid to back late in the night
nice friendly staff
The bathroom was a bit too small
The location of this hotel is very convenient for people on bussiness trip to the Institute of Astronomy. It was cheap and a nice hotel. I liked especially the new toilets. It was small but totally new.
The entrance and Hall of the Hotel are small and one may think that it is a really awful hotel. Surprisingly, the interior is very different and the rooms are very nice
It was new, clean, and very quiet. The staff was nice.
One of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work, and the lamps seemed to be a little shabby.
That is was right next to a Tram stop.
Personal are very helpful and friendly, location is OK ( but not excelent ), you can walk to most attractions in 20 to 30 minutes. The rooms are nice but very very very small, specially the bathroom. Its not possible to have breakfast at the hotel but there is a quite nice coffee shop just across the road. Amsterdam is an expencive city but even taking this in consideration, I am not sure I would call this hotel a 'good value for money'. If this is the 'one avaliable' and/or the 'one you can pay', take it, its OK.
