Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is convenient for exploring the city and close to public transport. However, many reviews highlight significant problems with cleanliness, including reports of bed bugs and poor hygiene. Room size is frequently mentioned as being very small and cramped, and bathrooms are often described as tiny or having unpleasant odors. Noise levels, especially at night, are also a common complaint. While some guests found the staff friendly and the beds comfortable, the overall experience is often overshadowed by these negative aspects.

Pros (+) Staff was refreshingly friendly and accomadating. I had never had someone offer to bring luggage to my room before.
Cons (-) The ventilation for room one was less than ideal. Perhaps a fan or if the window could open more?

Beds are small with blankets that could be mistaken for sheets in a cold room with no heating. Bed bugs, stained carpets and extremely dirty. Staff were friendly but didn't make our stay anymore comfortable. Overall wouldn't stay here again if offered free of charge. We all ...
