Pros:Even that restraunt food tasted like lead water
Cons:Food, broken windows, the entire hotel
Pros:We stayed in a large, spacious room with separate shower and toilet. Check-in was easy, but nobody showed us to our room. The room appeared to be clean, but I didn't check under the beds, as I had read the reviews of others.
Cons:The breakfast consisted of a serve-yourself counter to Costco croissants and coffee.
Pros:I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about. I rarely leave reviews, I am very easy to please, but this was one if the worst places I have ever had to deal with.
Cons:I was BLOWN AWAY by the horrible staff and their rudeness. First I was told I did not have a reservation (for which I had already paid in full), then I was told I would not get the two double beds I had reserved, instead they would give me a king. Considering I was with a co-worker, this is completely inappropriate. Finally, I was able to get a room with two beds, but they demanded my card. They said if I did not give them my card to run, they would not give me a key to the room. They ran my card and required my signature before they would hand over a key, thus I ended up paying for this room twice. When the charge had finally been processed, I called the hotel to try and straighten it out, and was hung up on multiple times. I had to report fraud to my bank (the transaction is still being investigated a week later). Lastly, when I was finally able to head up to my room, it had not yet been cleaned. The nasty front desk lady just happened to be in the adjacent room and told us to move there, she said she was "pretty sure it had been cleaned" and took our key from the other room back, never giving us a key to the room we actually ended up in. I had to wait for a shift change before the front desk would give us a key to our room. The room smelled terrible and the bathroom was filthy and wet. Awful experience in a wonderful city.
Cons:Rooms smelled like smoke and no continental breakfast was offered as advertised and no offers were made to make up for the loss of our breakfast. Inn seamed to house the homeless on a weekly or monthly bases. I am glad these people had a place to stay, but They asked us for money and cigarette lighters. Not what we were looking for on our vacation.
Pros:Location was okay
Cons:Very dirty. We found used q- tip on the bathroom floor, and the fridge had yellowish ice in it. The motle has a its own restaurant, and the lobby and walkway felt like the back of the restaurant kitchen. Okay for one night stay only. Will not book again.
