My experience was excellent! The assist mgr “Zeb” was fantastic. Since there was no microwave in the room, when I called the front desk to ask where I can heat up my leftovers, Zeb informed me of the microwaved stations in the lobby, and he offered to bring a microwave to my room, for my convenience.
