Every staff member was so accommodating and genuinely wanted you to have a great stay. They did everything we asked with a big smile and we had such a great time.
I appreciated the free WiFi! Great hotel. Very clean.
Loved the location. The staff was excellent as well. Will stay here again the next time I am in the area.
Great location to stay, just don't eat there.
Location was great, just by metro. Room was very comfortable.
Service at the restaurant was lacking, although the food was ok once it arrived and they got the order right (i.e., no cheese/dairy). Saw evidence of bugs (i.e., dead one) by the kitchen entrance, but none alive. In general, given the hotel pricing for the food I wouldn't eat there again.
Room, breakfast, staff, near Metro, nice and clean.
Parking 32$ but good If you have parking lot
Clean, good Location
like the location. staff was good.
25 dollars a day to park. I think if you're paying for a stay in the hotel parking should be included.

Ideal location right off 66, good value for the mo
We stayed in room 626 and it took many minutes to get hot water in the shower. My wife waited the needed 3-5 minutes. I became impatient and just took a cold shower.
Had a great experience. Very courteous and prompt staff. I ended up getting a head cold during my stay and they had cold medicine available for purchase so I didn't have to trek out to the local CVS or Walgreens. Would definitely stay again.
Great Value for the Money
I thought the hotel and rooms were fantastic. I was very comfortable throughout my stay. Booking through Kayak got me a great deal, and it was definitely a steal to stay here. The location was perfect - right next to the Rosslyn metro stop. I was within walking distance of the Arlington Cemetary and Iwo Jima monument. There were several restaurants in the area that catered to a variety of tastes, which was really convenient. The hotel even provided a list of nearby restaurants with estimated travel times. I'd recommend a stay here!
When I entered the hotel to check in, I was greeted by two men welcoming guests into the hotel. There was one man at the desk checking in a woman and her two daughters, and I stood in line behind them waiting to be helped. A few minutes later another man walked in and was greeted by the two men at the door; however, this time one of the men walked behind the desk and said he'd be happy to check the newcomer in. Well, what about me? I was standing in line way before him! I decided to let it go because I am not one for causing scenes. Well, a few minutes later it happened again with another new guest - she was also taken before me. Not sure if it was because I look young, wasn't dressed as nicely as these other guests, or was mistaken for one of the woman's daughters, but I should have been helped before the two people who arrived after me. In general, the people at the desk weren't as friendly with me as other (better dressed) guests. I'm a woman in my early 20s and was traveling alone - probably an indicator that I won't spend as much money as older men in business suits or families with children? Also, no free WiFi is a bummer. Things also didn't look as clean as they could have - dusty TV remote, water rings on tables, etc.
Location and clean
Reception staff When cheek in was bad staff in reception sup used give us when come some water and say nice words
Hotel staff were just incedible
The restaurant's food (for breakfast) was horrible and expensive. We had a better and less expensive one at the Café Dupont (from the The Dupont Hotel)
The design, cleanliness, and comfort of the room was excellent, definitely got a lot of bang for every buck.
Great location, well maintained,
Room class booked was not available at check in. Upcharge for internet and parking.
I had requested in my reservation a room on a floor as high up as possible and away from the elevators. The first night I was put in a room just two floors above the lobby in a room just two doors down from the elevators. The room had a clanking pipe sound all night and I did not sleep well because of it. However, after informing the reception staff the next morning, Andrew was very apologetic, moved me to a much better room on the 14th floor away from the elevator and comped my parking. He couldn't have been more courteous and I had a great night's sleep the second night of my stay. I like most the hotel's modern aesthetic (I was pleasantly suprised because the outside of the hotel is nothing special). I also liked the gym.
My room the first night was noisy. It seemed like something was banging in the walls--like pipes or something.
Marginal food service
I have stayed at this hotel before; the location is great, and my previous experience was good.
This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which presented many problems. Additionally, a power failure occured during my stay, which caused serious inconvenience (lack of elevators for 8+ hours) and was poorly handled by the staff.
i had not expected to stay in a hotel without lobby etc because of the "extreme makeover"
Gas-turbine engine is out of it, and the third floor is very noisy. You should avoid lodging. Now there is this hotel of large-scale construction.June,2008
It's location was perfect for out needs; parking was great as well
