Good 7.0
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: No dressers or drawers to put clothes. Had to live out of suitcase. Asked about it at front desk, they said it was a new wave of hotels now. Very disappointing. Studio couch was miniature for a studio room. No smoking floor but still smelled Marijuana coming through the vents. I guess hard to control that?
Excellent 9.0
Pros: My daughter’s AirPod dropped and was lodged inside the treadmill. The staff went above and beyond to dismantle the treadmill to retrieve it for us. Thank you,Patrick!
Cons: The breakfast area was a bit crowded in the morning given COVID. The pre-arrival messaging communicated that masks should be worn in common areas, but no one was reenforcing that message.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Pool, staff, food / bar
Cons: Seemed overpriced at $400/night
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean clean clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was well stocked and tasty with plenty of warm selections and healthy options. The beverages were great and the staff was exceptional!
Cons: Very pricey for one night.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Coffee station was open anytime you wanted , and nice comfortable lounge chairs and tables to sit. Conveniently located to entrance of Biltmore. Several restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The only thing we had to ask for was washcloths were left out of our room. But they were super nice about getting that resolved with no problem at all. Awesome staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Went to the Biltmore Estate. The location could not have been better. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms well kept and spacious. Zero noise. Courteous staff.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Loved the huge walk-in shower.
Cons: Matress on the bed was way too firm.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Decor was nice, room & bed comfortable.
Cons: I would like to get an itemized copy of my bill at checkout.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. It was just perfect ,as we are limited on international travel. Very luxurious accommodations. The Biltmore Inn is situated on top of a hill and has a sweeping view of the Biltmore Estate. I ask for a room with a view, and we were given a room on the top floor with the most amazing view of the Blue Ridge Mt range, sunrise and sunset views of the mountains and The Antler Hill Village. Stayed here for 3 nights, dining is superb, we have the option of going to the village for breakfast, lunch ,dinner. Free wine tasting in the winery, touring the farm, and resting relaxing as we savor some flavors from the Biltmore Creamery. We did a lot of walking and hiking in the property to offset some of the gained calories! (Lol). Plenty of activities, touring the Biltmore House is the icing on the cake. What an awesome home!, and the gardens are to die for. We also had fun walking around The Conservatory , with Biltmore Gardens Railway Exhibit in full swing. We had a marvelous time.
Cons: None
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The beauty is unmatched! From the gardens to the Inn itself, The Biltmore is a luxurious experience!
Good 7.0
Pros: Great setting. Nice room, but overpriced. Gift shops were awful.
Cons: Over priced. The food was mediocre and expensive. Service was slow. Gift shops were awful. Nothing unique and everything was branded w/ BH logo.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel ambience and location
Cons: Was not able to get a table for dinner on none of the days of my stay. Very disappointing. Also no shuttle service to the village
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything about this hotel is great, staff, location, view of the room, pool, accomodations, super clean. Excellent!
Cons: The concierge made a mistake with all our reservations for restaurants. Wrong dates, double it. But, the hotel was very nice and apologetic sent a bottle of wine to the room and accommodated a reservation for breakfast.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location Most staff were nice but response times lacking Dinner at the “Dining Room” was terrific
Cons: Crowded. Swimming pool tiny. Calling front desk from room was difficult because they didn’t answer the phone so you were sent to concierge who didn’t answer the phone then it went to an operator who was kind but she had to leave a message for the concierge. No call back from concierge so we show up in person and still no help with dinner reservations. She suggested room service. We went to the restaurant ourselves and only waited a half hour.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The country side .
Cons: Nothing, I love it all.
Okay 4.0
Cons: My stay at the Inn began with them not letting me and my family up to the property after paying $650 for the room because somehow my reservation was cancelled and they were fully booked (the only available option was a $1,500 suite which they would prefer to turn me an my family away rather than upgrade us into the suite -- I would need to pay the difference for the suite or I was out of luck). So I stood around in the parking lot for an hour with my family while on the phone arguing with their reservation team. They were fully aware that it was our wedding anniversary. We left and went downtown to figure out what we were going to do when they called us back to inform us that they did have a room (clearly they had a room the whole time). When I got to the room I thought surely they would have sent us a cheese plate, a bottle of champagne or a comped dinner for their mistake - nope! Nada. Was very disappointed to have paid $650 for a room and get treated so poorly. I won't return.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms were beautiful,, the setting sylvan, dining was elegant and the wine was incredible.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Meals were excellent!
Cons: Need to reestablish shuttle service to house. Having to drive there on our own was a major inconvenience!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is great for visiting any area on the Biltmore grounds and Biltmore House. Plenty of things to do in and around the area, beautiful views of the GSMNP.
Cons: No one to help with luggage and no valet parking. Not an issue to not stay here again, but it would have been nice to have someone help with check in and get the car on a rain day.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s Disneyland for adults that enjoy wine, nature and relaxing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We love the beauty of the property!
Cons: Loved everything about Biltmore Property!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location for a romantic or family getaway; it's a small village with all the amenities within walking distance.
Cons: It didn't had a shuttle from the hotel to the Biltmore House.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The entire ambiance of Antler Village is so charming. We love all the outdoor dining options, and the opportunity to go for after-dinner strolls in such a lovely, relaxing environment.
Cons: Really wish the mattress were firmer and offered more support for a good night’s rest.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy access to the village area

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The king-sized bed was a highlight. I don't have a king-sized bed at home. The balcony was nice, with a wonderful view of distant hills. The food tasted great. And, I was delighted that I could get quite a few channels on the television.
Cons: There could have been a towel rack near the sink to hang the hand towel. I would also have liked a cloth bath mat to step onto after a shower.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Fabulous location! Plenty of parking.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful! All were so nice and friensly...From the front desk, to housekeeping and the waitstaff for breakfast were SO wonderful and really responsive! Top class service! The hotel was very clean to! Definitely would stay again!
Cons: They only gave us 2 towels for a family of 4 and our friends had a suite because they were a family of 5 and they only had 2 towels as well. There should be at least 1 towel per family member. Also, check your fridge ours was off when we arrived, but turn the dial to the middle and it will turn on.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and very convenient. Outdoor pool was great for our grandchild.
Cons: Bed somewhat hard.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything about the facility and staff is excellent! Would definitely stay here again!
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Cold breakfasts
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice hotel w pleasant staff and pleasant accomadations
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable beds
Cons: Water pressure in shower was poor
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was clean; well appointed; excellent staff who are very helpful and professional; good location--convenient to all major attractions and also downtown Asheville. Breakfast was good quality with many items to choose from and all were well prepared. Rooms were large with multiple areas for both sleeping and relaxing.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. We had no complaints.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The room had windows that could open and a door leading to a small balcony; these made the room airier and lighter.
Cons: We were told we could not take our breakfast poolside because of fears that food would get into the water. But the evening before several families were having snacks/dinner/drinks on the tables and in the gazebo near the pool. A little consistency is in order. If you want families as well as couples to be welcomed fully on a hot summer day, you need to be a bit more flexible in your policy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was outstanding and friendly. Used meeting room for biz. Quiet. Clean rooms
Cons: Standard corporate Holiday Inn Express breakfast bar. All Holiday Inns need to up their game and improve the quality and taste of breakfast. With that said, the Holiday Inn Asheville was exceptional.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location. Love the ability to walk around, eat, and shop when we were not exploring the Ashville area.
Cons: Did not like that my room was not cleaned while we were there. I understand that may be due to continuing COVID Policies but in other states at other hotels that is no longer the policy and when I travel for work to those locations my room was cleaned daily.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast is ok and the hotel location is not easy to find.
Cons: The price is too expensive for a hotel location is not good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: - Service at the front desk was phenomenal. Those ladies are handling the front desk like they own that hotel - Parking deck was extremely close to hotel - Lots of shops/restaurants around hotel and things to do within reasonable distance - 1st level in parking deck was for hotel guests which was very nice - Interior decor of the hotel was very classy - If we had neighbors beside our room, we never heard them. It was very quiet during the day and night - They are pet friendly. Beautiful dogs walking with their humans everywhere. Loved it! - They have a pool, spa (ladies you can get manis/pedis in there too), restaurant, winery, and bar (none of which we took advantage of because we had so much planned outside of the hotel but just so y’all know) - This is random but the carpet was so plush and felt expensive lol. Normally hotels have cheap and easy-to-clean carpets but it was the first thing we noticed when we walked in.
Cons: - There was this squeegee in the shower door that made this loud noise that sounded like a dinosaur. Don’t move the shower door late at night lol. It might scare you. The purpose of it seemed like a safety feature for COVID so we didn’t make a complaint. Outside of that, everything was perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Free parking; location. We didn’t use any of the amenities
Cons: Nothing really. For what we paid, it was a good value for money
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very good location. Clean and well kept property. It covers all you need well.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff was friendly. Great location.
Cons: The shower did not work and the bathtub did not drain properly.
Okay 5.0
Pros: BreKfast was excellent and affordable.
Cons: Room service was nil. Can’t believe we need to tell hotel we need our room to be done!
Excellent 8.8
Cons: Mattresses were older ,
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Consistent & good service; great location (alternative to staying downtown Asheville); restaurants, movie theatres, pharmacies, grocery stores are within a 5 minute walk or drive. Asheville airport is on exit away. Downtown Asheville and lots of great restaurants are no more than 15 minutes drive. Biltmore estate is about 10 minutes away. Outstanding breakfast buffet (make sure it is part of your package).
Cons: Traffic congestion on 26 at times. Consider using Hendersonville street to get downtown.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love the staff; Valet-Steven, the catering manager Gunny , sales manager Tammy
Cons: In the bathroom there's not enough counter space to put your toiletries, makeup bag etc when you're getting ready to go out or go to bed.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Only thing that was not exceptional were the pillows on the bed......they were not comfortable. Hardly enough to complain about though.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close proximity to I26 and well lit parking lot.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient
Cons: The fact that Ashville is a beautiful town in the mountains and the only view I had from the 3rd floor was the Ingles grocery store parking lot and the murphy oil gas pumps. Also Parking was an issue as well
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: Good value.
Cons: The mattress was pretty firm and the small fridge and a/c were quite noisy.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The continental breakfast was wonderful and the room was very nice and clean! Had a great stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Most extensive breakfast we’ve seen since before COVID. Everything was nice and clean and fresh in the room. Very quiet inside and outside the hotel. Will stay here again if in the area.
Good 6.8
Pros: The breakfast was good. The beds are hard which some people love so that’s a preference issue. The pillows are soft and thin so your head hits the mattress. The location is good close to the parkway which we wanted. House keeping was good. Front office desk needs a lot of work. Check in was cold and not welcoming. I also received a call day of check in from someone who was making sure I knew what room I picked online which was nice to confirm but the friendliness wasn’t there!! Then, checking in it continued!
Cons: The front staff. Say hello, show friendliness. Use customer service.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was particularly pleased by the list of local restaurants and attractions that was handed to me as I checked in, with highlighting on the ones that offered guests a discount! The hotel was clean and bright and the staff was very friendly.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: free cookies and hot coffee available in lobby great breakfast options
Cons: dirty pillow case that was swapped out quickly. horrible shaped parking lot very tight

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable. Surrounding area appeared safe and well lit
Cons: Housekeeping missed my room two days. Breakfast was granola bar and muffin. Key card malfunction twice.
Good 6.0
Pros: Easy to get registered upon arrival. adequate facilities
Cons: Bathroom was quite small. Breakfast to-go bags were poor.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Overall alright room wasnt clean after request
Good 7.0
Pros: it was fine
Cons: bathroom sink is separate from toilet & shower which is good but the light over the sink wakes up the other occupants Noise from outside - both street and outside door you still advertise the free breakfast but it was only a muffin and oat bar
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was great, I enjoyed the stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to another visit.
Cons: A longer stay, but I didn't have enough time. I
Good 7.0
Pros: Located close to town attractions.
Cons: Having to go thru Texas Roadhouse restaurant (which can be very crowded) parking lot to access the hotel.
Good 6.0
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: Traffic noise was awful! We had to park in the back but room was on 3rd floor in front.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. Location to Downtown Asheville was very good.
Cons: The we were given a floor on 3rd floor facing the road which was quiet noisy at night. The “breakfast” was a mini muffin and energy bar in a paper bag waiting at the check-in counter. Getting into and out of the property was quiet difficult and dangerous because of the proximity to the exit ramp off of I-40.
Good 6.2
Pros: The room, beds, etc were fine
Cons: The parking lot entrance takes you up a hill & through a very tight Texas Roadhouse parking lot, we only did this a few times and it was a nightmare every time. I’m sure it was the only way it could be done, but nonetheless it was a cluster. The breakfast food was ok too, but it was extremely busy and the layout was not helping.
Good 7.7
Pros: I was surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds. The price was kind of expensive but the location made it worth it. The rooms were clean and I didn't see any wear and tear. I definitely had my doubts but 10 out 10 would stay again.
Cons: The only downfall was the entrance but not a big deal
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Both the check in and check out staff was excellent. Everything wad cream and very neat in the room.
Cons: There isn't enough parking to accommodate the amount of rooms that the hotel has. When we got back to our room around 11 at night we didn't have anywhere to park, so we had to stop and ask the night staff inside the hotel where we were suppose to park. We had to park in the restaurant parking lot next to the hotel and then we had to walk up a incline and around the back side of the hotel to get to our room. But other than that everything watt excellent.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Rooms were clean. Staff kept food well stocked. Staff was courteous, friendly Room cost was reasonable for Sunday (not for Saturday)
Cons: Walls are paper-thin. We complained about next door very loud guests. All they did was turn down the radio, then continued to shout until 2am. We were exhausted in the morning. Pastries in the morning were not fresh.
Good 6.8
Pros: Comfortable bed, decent room
Cons: Very loud on the street side difficult to sleep through
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Extremely comfortable and slept well. Nice tv. . Bathroom was spotless.
Cons: We checked in around 3:30 and everything was fine. We left to out around 6 and returned around 10.30 PM. Every parking spot was taken. I`m not sure how many units this hotel has but parking is no where near comparable to the amount of rooms available . When I asked the staff person where I should park he told me to park at the restaurant next door. When I voiced my concern about this his attitude was like " whatever". Guess he had heard it so many times it didn`t phase him. Not sure if I would stay here again or not. For such a wonderful place to stay this is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great
Cons: Sausage gravy
Good 7.0
Pros: The pool was very clean and so was the room upon arrival. The TV in the room was pretty nice and the channel selection was pretty extensive. The amenities provided were all pleasing so overall not a horrible place to stay.
Cons: I purchased a room with a king sized bed and upon arrival there was two fulls. There was no shower liner so the bathroom got soaked after a single shower. There was no fan in the bathroom to circulate the hot air so it became extremely humid and hard to breathe. The beds were a bit stiff but not unbearable.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location. Nice room. Great breakfast
Cons: AC was a little noisy. They let pets stay and a dog barked a lot at night. Coffee in room not too good.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was convenient and very clean! The sheets even smelled clean. A newer property.
Cons: Nearby outlet Mall, but it was not open
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, Blue Ridge Parkway. Breakfast was very good, room was clean and comfortable
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I like that the room was available at a decent rate, which was more than what I usually pay but all other hotels were booked on a very expensive long weekend. Cleaning staff helped and went out of her way to help me. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: One negative, hotel was under some repairs, car port was closed off so made difficult to turn around, ladders around in places, and bathroom had a broken sink cabinet and the corner was supported by a splintered 1x1 wood stick and was not fastened, not a huge issue, but could pose a Hazard for any handicap since this was a handicap room.
Excellent 8.7
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Staff was friendly, good breakfast, amazing price with location easy to get to from the highway and a quick drive to downtown.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great location. Very happy with the room and customer service. Great breakfast.
Cons: The walls are a little thin
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The front host was so helpful and friendly. I wish I remembered her name. Young woman with long strawberry-blond hair. She made us feel welcome and took the time to suggest places to visit, great restaurants to try, etc. Honestly, the nicest host/front desk staff during this trip. We stayed in 6 hotels in the past two weeks. I also loved that they mostly put guests with their beloved dogs on the first floor. At another hotel, I had to ask for the room to be changed, as it smelt like a wet dog. He also gladly moved us and told us most hotels set aside rooms for guests who don't have dogs or travel with them. I figure many who travel with their beloved dogs also let them sleep on the beds. I'm happy that hotels are pet-friendly because we traveled with our daughter, her husband and their puppy, at 2 of the hotels so we had to find hotels that we pet-friendly, but I was happy to be placed in a room that wasn't.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast awful. Bad coffee
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great for those traveling with pets. Breakfast is very basic but serves its purpose. Bonus is 24 hour availabilty of free coffee.
Good 7.7
Pros: Have stayed here before. Could tell it was recently updated. Rooms decor and comfort have been improved. Much more comfortable.
Cons: Complementary breakfast is terrible! Precooked sausage was still half frozen. Eggs were either over cooked on the sides of pan or runny in the middle. Waffle batter was like sludge and cooked like sludge. Stick to the fruit, toast and bagels.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location, clean , quite, lots if good places to eat close by, plus outlet mall across parking lot
Good 6.2
Pros: Nice staff, clean, free breakfast
Cons: Location was ok, would have liked to stay a little closer to Biltmore and downtown as opposed to a rundown mall.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Tried to find an economical comfortable hotel. They surpassed all expectations. Will definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Thanks for a great weekend.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast Bar
Cons: Elevator is major clunky and slow. Bathroom way too small for king bed room

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Absolutely delicious cookies!!! They are one of the reasons we stay at a Doubletree hotel. Also, the location is central so you can walk to the Biltmore Village and drive anywhere local for dinner (there is Fridays next door if don't want to walk/drive anywhere).
Cons: It would be nice to have 24 hour coffee service in the lobby as many hotels do today. Also the elevators are very slow, so one needs to be patient.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was great, and all the staff were friendly and professional.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice tasty fresh breakfast. Courteous staff. Clean and well appointed room.
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff was very personable.
Cons: Disappointed that internet isn’t free unless you are a Hilton Honors member.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet pet friendly clean tons of parking Fridays is attached to lobby
Cons: No microwave in room No room service to give u clean towels or make beds
Excellent 8.0
Cons: I encourage the hotel to equip rooms with at least one UBS port. A simple change in the bedside table lamps (to ones that include a UBS charging port) would be a great help to guests with cellphones.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Facility was clean, shower pressure was great, staff was helpful.
Cons: Room was too basic, no fridge, no extra sink, ceiling in bathroom was extremely, oddly low.
Good 6.8
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Looks dated
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed here because it was close to the Biltmore. Also, Biltmore village where there are shops and places to eat.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We like the clean room and friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were great! The weekend breakfast buffet was very good. It was close to restaurants and shopping. We would come and stay here again.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Nice lobby
Cons: For over $300 a night, I expected a larger room, with typical hotel amenities (i.e. microwave, refridgerator). I've stayed in much larger rooms in other Double Tree Hotels. This Double Tree did not offer a free complimentary breakfast which should be expected with a $300 price per night.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The lobby is inviting and the smell of cookies is wonderful.
Cons: The bathroom shower was a little moldy and we only had 1 washcloth.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Convenient
Cons: No complimentry breakfast.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: I was very pleased to learn that all those negative reviews in Bookings.com were not relevant to this hotel. I liked the cleanliness, the beds, the room and furniture provided, the lighting, the working plumbing, the privacy, the fact that the window opened. I liked the manners of the reception staff; I liked having access to a computer to print my boarding passes. I had a very good rate because I booked well in advance.
Cons: The situation on Hendersonville Road meant that I had to wear earplugs, or use the air-conditioning when it wasn't really hot enough. So the only complaint I have can probably be resolved by getting a room in the back.
Good 6.0
Pros: It was just okay
Cons: Too close to a busy highway.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Quick check-in, efficient front desk staff. Very clean. Sufficient parking. Walking distance to several restaurants and breweries.
Cons: Currently a bag breakfast with banana, yoghurt, prepackaged muffin or waffle, cheese stick or granola bar and small can of orange juice. Coffee is available (decaf and regular). Furniture is a little worn, but still in great shape. Cleaning was great, but missed a long hair probably stuck in bathroom curtain. Wifi kept disconnecting on first day. Was fine next two days.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Of all the hotels we'd been for 2 weeks, it was the best breakfast of all of them.
Good 6.0
Pros: Convenient location for a quick business trip or for the biltmore Free basic breakfast (cereal and coffee that gets the job done)
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were pretty scratchy. Despite the airconditioning being on full blast, the room was kind of hot and humid.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, except that the shower head kept dripping. The breakfast was a full breakfast that included waffles and other items.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was clean and breakfast was very good.
Cons: No complaints.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: The hotel was within 3 to 4 blocks of all the sites we were interested in.
Cons: I wish we had a week to stay instead of a weekend
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Great breakfast !
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The hotel was very close to Biltmore Estate which is where we were visiting. For the money the hotel was very nice, clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Card keys were a bit tricky to open the doors with , had to hold it just right.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: They accommodated is very short notice when the cabin we rented had an issue, staff is all very friendly, nice clean rooms at a good price close to everything
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved how clean the property was. All the staff was very friendly.
Cons: Wish it was in the villages since it said the villages in the name.
Good 6.0
Pros: It had a great location! We were super close to everything.
Cons: The walls are VERY thin. If you have small children, I would worry about them getting woke up early or late at night. We could hear the man’s alarm next to us at 5:30 then he would hit snooze 2-3 times. We could hear them cussing through the adjoining locked door.
Good 7.7
Pros: Breakfast was nice. Beds were comfortable. Front staff was friendly
Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner
Good 6.0
Cons: Room was noisy
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room accommodations excellent- friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast - we ate at a restaurant
Okay 4.8
Pros: Front desk staff were efficient and helpful. Close to local highway and downtown Asheville.
Cons: Fourth floor hall and room smelled like smoke and was distinctly unpleasant. Room was small for 2 adults. Noisy both day and night.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great value during holiday traveling!
Good 7.4
Pros: Nicely decorated hotel. Room was clean and updated.
Cons: Location is just off the highway and on the corner of a busy intersection. Traffic noise was very noticeable. Heater rattled when on, toilet filled every ten minutes.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Spacious bedroom, layout of room, great shower
Cons: Coffee was wretched. Getting a setting on the AC ...was either too hotor too cold
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Booked the room because of the large jetted tubs and rooms, but when we checked in that was not the case. Our room was so small you could barely walk around. When we went downstairs to ask about the room we were told that there were no more rooms available. At that point, we cancelled our reservation and went to another hotel.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The bathroom may have been a bit larger than most and everything worked. The stairwells were nicer, cleaner, and newer than the room Everything seemed to function normally
Cons: The hotel is right on top of a major four lane highway The hotel is not a lodge The hotel pool was small and not clean The spa was out of order The breakfast attendant had an attitude The hotel was not new, contrary to advertisement The furnishings were low quality There were no room amenities, such as lotion, etc. There were few item choices for breakfast The "reduced" rate for one equals two nights at a Comfort Inn, which is just about a notch above the level of this hotel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Rooms were a bit shabby. No ice machine on the floor I was staying.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: My fiance and I stayed in this hotel on our weekend getaway for our anniversary. We knew we would not spend much time in the room, so we chose something nice, but affordable. Hotel was quiet, even at night. Yes, it is close to the highway, but that is well known before booking the room. The room was very clean, smelled good, temperature controlled well. Location is not far from anything needed - grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants, within 10 minutes from Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Asheville - all the hot attractions. But, also not too busy since it was not located directly in the middle of a popular area. Very easy to find. Staff was generally very friendly - only 1 of the attendants was "not-so-great". Otherwise, provided what was needed with no problem (extra cups, new TV remote, towels). This would be a great spot for families to stay - Fun Depot within walking distance would be great for kids. Inside pool means year-round swimming capability. Quiet & clean.
Cons: At first, the TV would not work. But, if you read the back of the remote, it explains how to program the remote to work for that TV. Once programmed, everything worked fine. Only other negative was the pool. On Friday night, we were swimming until 12 AM - no problems. Then, when trying to enter on Saturday night around 10:30 once we got back from dinner, the attendant said the pool closes nightly at 10. Not sure what the difference was between Friday and Saturday, but... Also - the parking lot is a but small and set up oddly - was a little difficult to maneuver with a larger vehicle.
Good 6.2
Pros: It wasn't bad, I just felt like for the money, it left me wanting more. Location was fine, not super close to downtown, but very convenient to I-40. Cleaning crew was very interactive and sweet. Great shower, water pressure and bathroom. Had a waffle maker. Great for families bc it has an indoor pool. Everything seemed really clean.
Cons: I went up hoping to have a really great weekend by myself and ended up paying $100 a night for a really tiny room. Probably the smallest I've been in. Internet was very slow. There was no floor length mirror in my room (I am female so this is important to me!) The A/C unit was a bit loud and kept me awake. Lots of kids. Parking lot was pretty dark. Close to highway so it was loud at night. Breakfast wasn't that great. No healthy options. (sugary cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, breakfast breads, juice and coffee) - no granola bars in the shop area- only chips sodas ice cream candy. Overall I really didn't feel like it was the best value for the money. I typically don't report negative things and am pretty accepting, but I just wish it had been a little better experience especially at this price point.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel Cat. You are met at the front door by a big yellow cat. It make the place seem more like home.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Good 6.8
Pros: The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Free Breakfast. Short drive to downtown Asheville.
Cons: The hallways smelled of mildew, and I got stuck on the elevator on my way out! They really need to make sure the lift is functioning correctly.
Good 6.5
Pros: It was shabby but clean. Staff was accommodating with directions. I like getting a USAToday in the morning It was economical Comfortable mattress
Cons: The rooms were worn. The location wasn't very close to downtown or to Biltmore Village The breakfast was not appealing Room was shabby No TV channel guide
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Two words. Beer package. You can add on and get a growler of local beer, two mugs, nuts, and cheese for $35. Clean rooms. Spacious bathroom. Bed was amazing.
Cons: Room was on the first floor right be the front desk and ice machine. Kinda noisy sometimes but not enough to keep you from sleeping.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: We got a good price to stay for several days. The staff was courteous and helpful; they were quite pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained. We couldn't hear any of our neighbors and there was no sound from the road. It's an older hotel but is well maintained and was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. While you cant' walk to anything from here, it was close to Biltmore Village and not a far drive to downtown Asheville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would return.
Cons: The parking at night was a bit of a challenge but we always managed to find a spot. The wifi was so slow that it was almost impossible to use. It was nice that it was free but that's about all that's positive about it.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Loved the hot breakfast every morning and 24/7 coffee available. Also enjoyed having a refrigerator and microwave in the room; helps make longer stays economical.
Cons: You had to drive to get to downtown; it's not walkable.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Perfect location, easy to get to. The (small) indoor pool & hot tub was wonderful especially in 11degree temps outside (winter visit). The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent & the beds were comfortable.
Cons: The walls were a bit too thin, we could hear the neighbors all too well when someone sneezed next door. Parking was challenging at times.
Good 7.7
Pros: Location and cost worked well for us. Room was very large and convenient. Liked the idea of covered parking if desired.
Cons: Breakfast seating was very limited.

Excellent 8.0

Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The place was filthy
Good 7.0
Pros: The price
Cons: They could give more coffee
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: No free breakfast despite it being advertised, wasn't very clean, hallways and our non-smoking room smelled like smoke
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff friendly I liked everything about my stay
Cons: I liked it nothing I didn’t like
Good 6.0
Pros: We were traveling back from Myrtle Beach, we needed somewhere to sleep for the night The hotel met my expectation. It was next to a very nice restaurant. The stay was very pleasant. Oh, I almost forgot, the Clerk was so very nice that checked us in. Very good customer service.
Cons: Hotel was a little dated.
Poor 1.0
Pros: To be honest we pulled up and saw that the windows were open and people had laundry hanging out of them. Unfortunately the front lobby was crammed with all kinds of flea market and garage sale type items that were for sale. There was a smell of mold and mildew throughout the entire establishment. The staff was super awesome
Okay 4.8
Pros: it was inexpensive? really it wasn't. The mattresses were new, and were actually fairly comfortable.
Cons: Their normal rate for the night was $100, I got a deal through Kayak and got it for $80 something, even that seemed too expensive for a room that had fingerprints all over the TV, an Air conditioner that the air filter was so dirty it was sucking dust in and blowing it back into the air, and when I plugged in my phone charger to the outlet by the beds, it arced and tripped the circuit breaker. Also ants, ants all over the floor, we spent an hour in the room and found over 10 of them. When I brought this up with staff, they switched me to another room, but it seemed like they knew the wiring in the hotel wasn't right when I told them about the outlet issue, and I didn't really even get an apology for the cleanliness standards of the room, the next room they put us in was fine, but a days inn would have been about $8 more a night and had much better ratings according to kayak. Oh well.
Okay 5.7
Pros: I liked the price and the people working there were nice.
Cons: It was just a bit "shabby" overall. Lights not working, stains on bedspread. Not dirty, necessarily, but just a bit dated and run down looking. Ok for just spending the night.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was comfortable and quiet. Room was clean and appearance OK for passing through. All the features worked as expected. Recommendation: make electrical outlets more accessible for those travelers that have medical devices needing power outlets. Heat and air-con worked fine and our unit was not excessively noisy. Wonder why no king size bed rooms available? Would be asset to travelers.
Cons: Passed on to management noticing bugs in bathroom middle of night. Agree with another guest that lobby was stuffy and smelled of animals. There were folks checking out in the morning with two dogs, one not on leash. Entrance looks shabby. Air con unit left of entrance door is damaged looking, and trashy. Planters with ugly plants need to go. Owners, first appearances tell a lot about what to expect inside. Kudos to the management for display of patriotic feelings. But flag should not be displayed as this flag is. Stapled or nailed to wall is wrong. No proper lighting of flag at all. Weathered flag and the staples are tearing the fabric. There is adequate space in the circular space opposite front door for proper flag pole and proper lighting. Would make significant difference in building appearance and flag display. As for morning offering of juice, coffee and doughnuts, no issue. Go to restaurant or another chain if you want more.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The staff was very nice!!!
Cons: It is old and nasty!!
Mediocre 3.6
Pros: The location
Cons: Everything
Okay 4.3
Pros: Location, very tolerant cancellation and refund policy.
Cons: Price, cleanliness, ashtray in a non-smoking room, patrons tailgating in the parking lot, indiscreetly urinating (woman).
