Pros (+) The food at the Knotty Deck was delicious.
Cons (-) The service at the Knotty Deck was not good during our stay. Our server kept forgetting our stuff and we waited way too long on everything. Also during the weekend we tried to order room service and both items we picked to eat were out of stock and it was the middle of the afternoon.

Pros (+) Wonderful hotel. Definitely a luxury stay.
Cons (-) Is it my imagination, or does it seem hotels give "discount bookers" their 2nd rate rooms? It's hard to imagine this hotel having a bad room, but a few small things were bothersome. And always farthest from doors, elevators, etc.
