Pros. The location is central to everything! The entire staff was warm, welcome, and friendly! The entire hotel just has an overall great vibe!
Cons. If I had one area of improvement, it’d be the lighting in the bathroom. Great modern look to the bathroom but the lighting, even turned up to as bright as it could go, left a bit to be desired-especially for someone putting on make-up and just preparing to look their best.
Pros. Hotel staff are very friendly and the lobby is very clean and comfy. Room was comfy. Loved the soaps and lotions provided in the room.
Cons. We didn't make use of the pool as it was very busy with no social distancing going on. AC couldn't keep up with the heat. We had to request a fan to our room to be able to sleep, but the bearings on it were shot so it made a loud grinding noise for about an hour before it warmed up. The bed is very low profile. We had mixed opinions about it.
Pros. Smelled like mold throughout hallways felt dingy dirty old bathrooms outdated no storage inadequate lighting in room.
Cons. Needs storage in room - bathrooms should be updated. Felt old dingy smelled terrible and moldy.
