Cons (-) Although likely not their fault we were awoken at 6:45 am by a garbage truck in the alley. Normal in NYC but not Banff!

Pros (+) We loved the proximity of shopping and leisure activities and that we could walk where we wanted to go. The room was perfect and cozy!! The breakfasts were terrific and the staff serving it were helpful and friendly!!
