Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.
The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.
My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.

Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.
I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.

45 minute delay take off. Entertainment system froze half through the flight.
Complimentary snacks or meals should be offered on a flight more than 3 hours long. Air Canada is not a low-cost airline. The choice and availability of food on the in-flight bistro was limited and pricey. The in-flight entertainment system was not very good and no complimentary headsets were available. The in-flight maps did not work.
