Clean modern facilities. PERFECT location--close to subways, malls, restaurants, etc. Great place and value. Would consider for next trip
Service in the hotel bar could have been a bit better, took a long time to get service (3 staff for only 4 tables of 10 guests) and orders were often incorrect (red wine instead of white wine).
Starbucks across the street
Hotel cards stopped working several times
Everything was great except wifi but all China wif
Manager mr Tian, all breakfast crew, the concierge Sandy.
Wifi was worst I've seen, the Chinese govt blocked everything it's ridiculous especially for The capital of China, how can people do business there.
Friendly Staff and a nice room
The staff at the front desk were terrific. Very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Abby.
The happy hour and breakfast were satisfactory at best. It seemed out of place for a 4 star hotel.
The staff is awesome. You feel like you are home. They were always pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again.
I cannot think of anything.
The Park Plaza is an excellent hotel and well worth the money that we paid for our 5 night stay. It is very well maintained and excellently located extremely close to the Dengshikou metro stop and within easy walking distance of the Wangfujing walking street. The staff is friendly and highly efficient. Everything worked excellently. The buffet breakfast was excellent as well. There is nothing negative that I can think of about the hotel. I will make it my Beijing hotel choice for all future visits to the city. It is well worth the moderate cost.
The location is fantastic, walking distance to Wangfujing, steps to a metro line, and lots if nearby restaurants and a nice hutong
Their service is v nice.
Excellent staff, they're very helpful and they've good skills of English. The room was very spacious. The hotel is very close to shopping areas and historic areas.
Location, cleanliness and quality of the room.
The rooms were very comfortable.
Upon stating the shower facility of the superior room was not functioning as expected to the manager, we were able to upgrade to a very nice suite with room charge-upsell after expressing our unhappiness. The manager is quite accomondating.
Once our booking was sorted out, the staff were very obliging.
The reception staff did not honour our confirmation letter from booking.com. They were pleasant but insisted we pay their full rate. Next time I will seek further confirmations before we arrive.
The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The location is very convenient with a subway station nearby.
Service, everybody speaks excellent english, great buffet, great room
No pool, laundry too expensive
I liked the rooms, great shower pressure, and the good location. The concierges, cleaning, security and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant served a good variety of food (as we got food poisoning at another location, we ended up eating here frequently).
When we arrived they did not have our request available for 2 twin beds non-smoking. We had to wait after flying for over 17 hours... Front desk staff does not speak acceptable level of English. Front desk gave us a hard sell to upgrade for an additional 40 USD per day to their Club Floor w/free breakfast, which we did not want.
