It was readily available, clean and easy to locate. The room was pleasant, along with the view.
Half the staff we encountered were polite and helpful, the other half were short and bothered to provide us assistance. Room service/cleaning personnel kept disturbing us, even though our stay was for one night, so we decided to go elsewhere.

They charging 15 extra for using sauna. No every body was nice as it should to be in 5 star hotel.. Rooms are small. I would say its nice 4-star hotel.
