Park and Stay Package
We WERE NOT told that they were not providing shuttles anymore due to Covid19, until we arrived at the hotel to check in. We had to try to figure out alternative transportation at an additional cost and inconvenience both getting to the airport early early the next morning as well as trying to find an Uber on a holiday for our return trip. It added a sizable amount of cost and stress, that we had no idea would be part of the stay at the Hilton.
Comfortable beds and linens Convenient to airport Use of free shuttle Pricing
Breakfast was good and a fair price. The bar and dining facility left a lot to be desired. The food was just ok, the service was ok but the location and lack of separation from the lobby and bar really did not lend itself to a nice evening dinner. After a long day of travel it did not do a lot allow some relaxation. I would stay again but I did not think it was all that competitive. There are better options. Thanks. ( should also add .. good staff!)
The location was convenient to the airport.
We stayed here the night of our wedding because we had an early flight for our honeymoon the next day. I booked a king suite, but got a room with double beds. No one cared or was friendly about it being our honeymoon. The room service was terrible. The fish was supposed to have Nappa cabbage but had lettuce, no salads, just meh.
Comfortable bed, great pillows. Staff friendly. Restaurant food was good.
Half and half for coffee was out of date and ruined the coffee.
