Pros: "Flight was mostly uneventful, which is great! Right after takeoff we made a complete circle and no information was given as to why, but we assumed it was air traffic."
Pros: "Atlanta airport was busy and we circled for 30+ minutes, which nearly caused us to miss a connecting flight (customs and all). The Delta pilot was good at communicating with the passengers though."
Cons: "The Delta flight leaving Cleveland was a hour and a half late so we could not make our connection to get home and had to overnight in Minneapolis. This is the fourth time in six flights For Delta. I think the Kayak booking algorithm needs to allow more time between connecting flights."
Pros: "The flight attendants were amazing. 12 people had a connecting flight and they brought a shuttle bus. You dont see that kind of service any more 10 stars for that"

The flt was good and quick, but we had to wait 10 hrs for our 1 hr flight. We chose our flight in May so we could make the connection in Chicago quickly!!! Well that did not work out!!! When profits come before peoples plans made 6 months previous, and the companies don’t care, or give refunds for poor treatments,———I’m OUT!!!!!!
Check-in was a nightmare. At least half the self-serve kiosks were out of printer paper so were out of service. It was chaos. No one was directing traffic, so you had to hope you were in the right line. We finally got to a kiosk and checked in, and printed one bag tag for checked baggage. We were in line to drop off the checked bag, and the lady working that station just walked away and didn’t come back. After we waited a bit, another person in line went to ask at the nearby counter if the bag check person was coming back, and she wasn’t, so we had to find a new line and wait all over again. Once we got our bag dropped off and our tickets, the rest was easy. The security line went quickly, and the terminal was clean and nice. Our flight was great and the flight crew was excellent. I think if someone had kept up with the kiosk printers, a lot of the check-in headaches and stress would have been solved.
Cons: "This is the second American Airlines flight we have had in less than two months where there was an issue with the plane and multiple delays lasting hours. I understand delays happen, but we've had two late evening flights turn into red-eyes while traveling with one of our children. Will not be flying American Airlines again."
Pros: "Entertainment options were great"
Cons: "Crew (one member in particular) was rather short and rude to passengers who may have been unaware about the device holders on the back of seats. These are new for some. Use it as a teachable moment."

Cons: "My in Flight Wi-Fi did not work. Not a huge deal, because it's such a quick flight, but it is a little Annoying, and may have just been a bad day for the system."
Plane was over an hour late. Sadly, this has become normal for Air Canada, and at this point I am happy if I don't get re- routed to another airport, turning a simple direct flight of 2 1/2 hours into a 7-8 hour odyssey.
Weather delayed the flight. Gate staff had to switch gates 5 times. The departure board read “no delays”, but gate staff repeatedly told us not to gather at our assigned gate, then not to approach and ask questions, then announced 5 gate changes. Once on board the onboard text feature did not work, but all else fine.
Took AC for a domestic flight. It was very smooth, new A/C with relatively calm ambient noise. Staff were all professional. Their gates selection are 2 min walking distance to/from security gates/exit. Absolutely loved it!
Flight was delayed and it was the first flight of the morning! Only gave us 2 hr notice. Some made up excuse but it was to consolidate 2 flights as my fly flight wasn't full and moved all of us to a smaller plane with the next flight. (Booked the flight less than 24 hr before dep so they knew they were less than 50% capacity already) Did not call us to change our ticket at the gate as our seats changed so they were scrambling. Staff overwhelmed so just ignored everyone, took over an hour to board passengers, so ended up being delayed even longer. Got to yvr over an hr late and had missed an important meeting. Was connecting from the night before so had slept at the airport which is a terrible airport to spend the night in, and didn't even have the decency to take off on time.
Flight was delayed for over an hour. The plane was an older Bombedier 900 whose bins were too small to fit most peoples' carryon luggage, specially anything hard cased. Big hassle to wait for people to try to jam it in the overhead bins, then end up taking back to the front to be checked. Plenty of blame to go around. Staff should have warned that bins smaller than larger and more modern planes. People should not expect hard case bags to fit overhead. Just a beverage service, so no food. Seats gave plenty of leg room.
The seats on this plane were much more comfortable than those on the international flight and there was more room to wiggle. Otherwise, all was good.
Pros: "The staff was positive, the plane had a movie to watch (although quite a dated system), but there was only drinks given so not much to write home about there."

Cons: "The seats on the air rouge plane’s were tiny. I’m 5’2 and I was ok because my seat-mate was also small, but if you’re tall or wide, these flights will be uncomfortable. Note: this was an international flight(8hrs). Small seats and no in-flight movie. There was a flight delay due to weather (40 mins) on the way home. I get it. On the way to our destination there was a 4 hour delay due to a problem at the airport. Though frustrating, probably not air canada’s Fault."

Cons: "The flight was more than half empty and instead of allowing customers to move forward to the “premium” seats, the flight crew keep everyone all bunched up in the back of the plane. It would have been a nice customer service gesture to allow people to move forward. And, hey, maybe next time people would have bought those seats if they could have experienced them. Guess I should have felt lucky to remain on the plane and not get punched in the face..."
Pros: "Temp was comfortable, not freezing cold like on other flights I experienced"

Cons: "No one cares what coach customers think of "their in-flight experience" so im not sure why I'm bothering. I got a cheap ticket and packed a tiny backpack. Was reminded of my lowly state by being made to wait till the last second to board. Last row of plane. 2 inches of leg room. Leave it to United to figure out a way to create a class of customer so low that you envy all the other cattle. MOOOOO!"

Cons: "Just before takeoff we had to abort and the crew slammed on the brakes. It was entirely frightening. We sat on the runway for a long time after that while the crew did not have clear answers for what was happening or why. Several things happened while we were on that plane that were unnerving for the passengers. So much so that at least one passenger threw up. Very scary. We did end up taking that plane on to our destination two hours later, but it was the worst flight experience of my life."

Cons: "Let's see my seat did not recline. The stewardess bumped into me every time she passed. The flight attendant was wearing way way way too much cologne. They had no room for my carry on. The beverages took way to long. I could not use the Internet. You changed my flight time over and over and over I was supposed to leave at 5 I didn't leave until 10. I could not sleep because the flight attendants was wearing Christmas lights and they would wake me up and she keep bumping in to be be is she did not know how to walk in the isles. The cookie were stale. There was something in my cup so I could not drink my free drink. There's more. It was the worst flight I have ever been on."

Cons: "The economy seats are TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. Attendants NEED to be more aware of the size of carry-on items and the amount each person brings onto the plane. People in the front 10 rows of the plane should not be putting their luggage in the back, taking up space so people in groups 3-5 have space to put their luggage."

Pros: "First of all, the crew was amazing. I had just been traveling for about 20 hours and I had a seat towards the back of the economy section. After traveling that long, I was getting antsy to be at my destination, and I asked the gate agent if she could bump me to a row towards the front of economy- thankfully the plane wasn't full, and she was able to! It's the little things like that, that are what make me fly United. Also, the cabin crew on the flight was great! Of course, the economy section of the plane wasn't an ideal amount of space, but come on- it was an hour flight, and they did a good job of trying to spread people out so that the rows weren't packed."
Cons: "Boarding took a little longer because the plane was being cleaned. I believe they said the overnight flight got in a little late and they still had to clean the plane. We boarded late, but still got to our destination early. Negative turned into a positive- you can't beat that!"
