Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. The staff receives high marks for being friendly, attentive, and helpful, often assisting with luggage and providing local recommendations. However, many guests are frustrated by the frequent elevator outages and ongoing repairs, which make accessing upper floors difficult. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some appreciating the variety and others finding it lacking. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though a few guests mention issues with room maintenance and odors. Overall, the hotel stands out for its location and service, but elevator reliability is a significant drawback.
