You need to be able to manage your employees effectively instead of letting them call the shots. Priority should be given to the convenience and interests of the customers—whom you simply couldn't care less about.
The crew members; the service, the food, everything was good. The check in process was terrible because I couldn't choose my seat. It made my waiting too long at the airport in Tel Aviv and at the end U've got the middle seat even though it was promised to me to give me the aisle seat. Each company gives the option to choose free seats during check in. I didn't have this option

The service, the crew, the cleanliness, and most of all, the comfort and space between seats in the economy class was excellent! The seat spacing was better than all my international flights in recent memory.
I stood in line for two hours חודא to drop off my suitcase. When I arrived just before the gate closed and asked to drink the water I bought a minute before boarding, the flight attendant rushed me to throw away the bottle and get on the plane. She spoke rudely, even though I had been standing in different lines for 3 hours; I felt bad and needed water. The delay was the airline's fault, not my fault. I expected understanding, not rudeness.
The space between my knees and the chair in front of me was the smallest I’ve ever seen. I could not reach the blanket that was on the floor. The entertainment included very many Israeli movies and tv shows. The El Al app did not update to tell me the gate. The most important thing you should know is that El Al is very security conscious. Prepare to go through a security check at the gate. They look through the passport and boarding pass, through your carry on bags, ask questions, etc. Then they give you a sticker and only then can you board. So get to the gate about half an hour before you would otherwise.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.

I liked the staff's understanding Provided useful information and they managed to give me an aisle seat (for which I had paid) on the Avianca flight - seats which had been changed inexplicably. However the wrong seats in following flights (Air Canada) could only be modified in Montreal - which seems a bit strange to me because Avianca gave me also the 2 boarding cards for the 2 Air Canada flights.
I had to change the gate so many times that I got confused.
Flight delayed by 5 hours, they changed my paid seat and didn't get a refund.
They cancelled his flight and booked him to go to US which wasn't convenient. There was only 1 flight not going to the US and it had a 14 hr lay over in Toronto. Air Canada didn't offer any compensation and also the flight he is on is one that was cheaper than our flight. Horrible experience with Air Canada

Flight was smood. Nothing to say about the staff. Did not taste the food. Bording was not to long.
Staff was not attentive to the needs of the passangers. We have tried to call Air Canada for over a week with no answer.

There are often trade-offs involved with flying cheaper airlines. With Air Europa, their crowd control is terrible--the line at check-in in Madrid was absolutely hideous 3 hours before departure. These 787 "Dreamliners" are cheaply-made and uncomfortable. And disembarking at JFK was horrid...it was 11 p.m., yet we were force to deal with those off-site shuttle buses, presumably because Air Europa doesn't want to pay what it costs for an actual gate. But as usual, the worst aspect of Air Europa flights are tones fellow passengers: unruly and oblivious to such concepts as personal space. The crew was, on the other hand, lovely.
My long-haul flight experience with this airline was not very pleasant. Earphones were paid, and no eye mask or other amenities were provided. The meals were served in cardboard boxes with plastic cutlery. The restroom was unclean and ran out of toilet paper. However, the boarding process was smooth and well organized.
We experienced a delay of almost two hours before takeoff. For a flight of more than 10 hours, sitting on the runway for two hours is quite exhausting. The airline did nothing to attend to the passengers during that time. We were not given any courtesy drinks or snacks—only the bare minimum during the flight. The crew seemed very apologetic, but apparently they have restrictions imposed by the airline, because despite their friendliness, they provided strictly what was necessary and, of course, everything else was for sale. However, after a two-hour delay, one would expect at least complimentary beverages. In addition to this, the space between the rows of seats is inhumanely narrow. Air Europa should review this for such long flights and be a bit more considerate and humane with its customers.
Need to pay for headsets, water, or any extra except air to breath.

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"
I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!
Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.
Puddle-hopper. Quick-ish flight. Don’t expect to have much/any in-flight entertainment (movies/TV, etc).
In general, I've had excellent experiences with Iberia flights and will continue to use them. In this last flight there were two things that didn't go right. I didn't get the kosher meal I had pre-requested when I had checked in on-line. Things worked out OK as we ended up eating the fish and vegetarian choices, which were really good. The other issue was that some movies for me and my wife started fine but after 8-12 minutes the content just switched to something else. The flight attendant reset our entertainment systems, but the problem persisted. We ended up choosing other movies/TV shows that did work fine.
Transportation from gate to airplane was poor we stayed in hot bus for 20 minute no vantilation

The boarding was a nightmare. Iberia would not let me check in in advance. They then refused to issue a boarding pass in Paris and said I would get the boarding pass in Madrid. In Madrid, there was no transit desk, no help. I had to run around and find someone to issue the pass. I only had an hour and risked missing the connection. Only at the gate did Iberia tell me they were overbooked and had downgraded me. I was stressed, exhausted, almost missed the connection because of Iberia’s conduct. Unacceptable.
Awful!! Flight from Miami was delayed. Therefore we missed connecting flight. Nobody knows where our suitcases are for 2 days already !!! As far as the air craft: TVs are not working, food ala cart and even that looked awful. Did dare to taste. If you want a blanket - bring your own. Nothing is free.

I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive
It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.
Boarding was unorganised. The flight was very uncomfortable, the temperature was far too high. On requests to lower it nothing changed.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
