The flight was canceled on a Thursday last minute. I lost thousands of dollars in hotels and car rental

Boarding, crew, food and baggage handling excellent (no bags lost, yay!). However for an 8 hour flight, there were limited entertainment options. And really would have liked to have a pillow!

It was budget airline Veuling, even though we booked Iberia.

A more organized boarding experience and better food would have made the experience better.

I've taken British Airways before and it has been great. On this trip to Spain and Portugal we had two BA flights. On both flights we were taken by bus from the terminal out to the plane on the tarmac. There were many older folks on these flights, and to ask people in their 70s to lug their carry-on and personal items up the long mobile staircase to the plane entrance, is very disturbing. I won't be taking British Airways in the future. Many people on these flights were very unhappy.

Great : The crew was awesome ♥️ To improve : - The rice in the "Rice with chicken" was rather s kind of rice pudding, not good at all - No power outlet to charge your phone. 😒

We flew into Barcelona and the plane was so cramped and very uncomfortable and dirty. But we flew out of Madrid and that plane was much better. Would fly Iberia again.

Good plane, excellent food, crew and entertainment. Seats in business could use an upgrade

Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor
