Based upon our entire experience with Iberia, we will never fly the airline nor recommend the airline to anyone. The flight to LA was fine and the crew on this one flight was god, but Iberia treats its customers (us) horribly. There was not one flight on this trip that they did not treat us poorly. We were bumped, lost seats, lost luggage etc all on flights we booked over a year in advance. Not one leg with Iberia went smoothly. And now they have lost our luggage somewhere in Madrid. This is a horrible airline. A truly horrible airline. And Underpricer recommended by Kayak is horrible as well. The lesson learned is to book directly with an airline and stay away from Iberia at all costs.

We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.

I’m an Iberia fan but this time They dropped the ball. I went from ALC to MAD to LHR. Boarding in ALC was by group… to get you in a bus. Then we sat for almost an hour when most people had connections. When we landed in Madrid we did so and they put us in another bus almost like if they wanted to make people lose their connection. We made ours by the skin of our teeth but our luggage did not. And on top of this we had to listen to the pilot bragging about Iberia being punctual. To be true we made it on time to LHR but we are Still waiting for our luggage

Everything went smoothly, and we even arrived 40min earlier than scheduled, on an Orland-Madrid route.

Bag misplaced. Iberia claims bag has been forwarded. But AirTag shows that the bag is still in Madrid.

Great food, excellent service. Did not manage to make wifi work but in a flight of less than an hour it was not a big deal

1. The flight was late and I did jot get the seat I paid for. I paid for extra leg room and a window seat. I got a middle seat without extra leg room. 2. The customer service representative was not helpful. Explanation: many passengers arrived to the service desk in Madrid near baggage claim to rebook our flights. (We all missed our connecting flight due to delays in JFK). Upon arrival, ghere was one service agent and one line-business. After about 25-30 minutes the agent left and we could see her making a phone call. After about 5 more minutes, 2 other agents arrived. During our wait, another line formed for main cabin customers. We were told to go to the other line, even after waiting around 30-40 minutes. This would have been disastrous for ghose of us who had been waiting for so long. The agents need more training.

Good seats. Average to poor lunch. The snacks before landing was worse. Great crew.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

They made my flight a disaster they had me pay for bags that I already paid for through Iberia airlines and the hostesses were super mean and racist they just turned my vacation to a total nightmare and disappointment in fact they even had me rethink even no to go to morroco ever again even if my whole stay at the country was so nice and fun and perfect but anything at the airport and with the airline was a disaster do not recommend will never take a flight with them
