The room itself
the service in the restaurant was shocking I have filled in the feed back form at the hotel.
Quiet location. Convenient formotorway. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, attentive waiters.Well appointed, comfortable, warm room.
The staff were very friendly and courteous. It was close to the conference centre we were visiting.
The room was very poor quality, and uncomfortable. The shower didnt work properly. There was no drinking water in the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, we only had one small hard pillow each. At breakfast in the mornings it was impossible to get adequate drinks, as there was only one waitress serving coffee out of a tiny pot, and that had to do 100 people. It certainly did not live up to our expectations of a hotel in the Hilton chain, and we won't be returning.
Booking in very helpful staff and pleasant, comfortable room, pleasant bar area informal atmosphere.
Felt that more staff should have been available for morning breakfast service as staff were very overstretched. However, the staff on duty were all very pleasant despite the circumstances.
I enjoyed the pool and the service and the breakfast buffet
I thought that supper was overpriced and was not ideal for fussy eater children. my daughter was limited to pasta which turned out to be spicy although I thought it was nice
