This is our hotel of choice for leisure travel to Buffalo. Wonderful facility with top notch service. Complementary breakfast was an awesome breakfast sandwich or yogurt and fruit parfait.
Pros:The service from the butler staff was wonderful! We got upgraded to a lovely room, and there were free cookies and drinks. The decor was lovely.
Cons:The toilet didn't flush properly.
Pros:This was our second stay at the Mansion. The first was for our wedding night a few years ago. From what I can see, nothing has suffered in these last few years. The staff at the Mansion are wonderful and available to take care of you, whatever you need. Not sure what you need? Ask the staff and they'll help you out. If you like being pampered, this is the place. The place is stunning; take time to wander the Mansion and look at the woodworking and other details.
Cons:The only reason I didn't give the facilities a top rating is because some of the cabinets or other fixtures in the room could use replacement. Just some basic wear and tear that is easily remedied.
Pros:Service was top notch. Free Range Rover shuttle was excellent. Honor bar in the billboards room was fantastic as was the complimentary breakfast spread the next morning. Very close to everything downtown Buffalo has to offer.
