Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to the beach and nightlife. Some reviewers appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious rooms and good WiFi. However, many guests were disappointed with the service, citing slow or unhelpful staff, and experienced significant issues with the elevators, which were often slow, hot, or malfunctioning. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, and the breakfast and food variety did not meet expectations for several guests. Overall, while the location stood out positively, service and amenities left room for improvement.
