Pros (+) Good hot water, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were decent.
Cons (-) It was dirty and although the room was nonsmoking, the hallways reeked of it. The neighbourhood was sketchy.

Pros (+) There wasn't anything that I liked here. The staff was friendly, but they were not helpful. There was nothing good about this hotel and it was more of a learning experience than anything.
Cons (-) Terrible location, for starters. The place had a terrible smell to it and it was very dingy and you could tell the place was run down and not kept up. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky, the heater when used had a burning smell the entire time, and there was evidence of bed bugs and not to mention several on several cockroaches throughout the room itself.
