Cons:
Return at Annecy train station was complicated. Hard to find info about where exactly they were located. No info on line, nothing printed on the paperwork. Car return was underground parking inside the train station with no signage outside the train station as to Avis location or underground car park. Paperwork should have indicated as such.8.0 Very good

Pros:
The car itself was great, clean, operationally sound and comfortable.Cons:
No GPS or automatic transmission options, making for a very difficult trip through Europe. Additionally, the staff at the Hertz stations were extremely unhelpful. Really disappointed in the customer service. Tried to drop off the car at the Geneva airport in Switzerland. Turns out there are 2 locations, one on the French side and another on the Swiss side. They would not help us get from one to the other, leading to 2 hours of circling the airport. "Good luck" is all we got.keddy by Europcar
